- Good communications skills (speaking and writing) and customer-service skills.
- Language: Korean and English- Business Level -Read, Write and Speak.
- Ability to professionally handle service requests through email /chat/call
- Call Centre/ Customer Support/Technical Support background is highly preferred
- Familiar with Computer desktop system installation and reset and understanding of Windows desktop operating systems (Windows 7,8,10)
- Basic English communication, able to understand; Flexible; Strong learning ability.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Working experience supporting customers' PC and/or AV environments with an interest in learning more will be welcomed
- Advanced Troubleshooting skills
