Avaya Engineer – Contact Center

Qualifications:

  • - Diploma or Degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience 

  • - At least 1-2 years of Avaya CC technical support experience

  • Experience with contact center technology platforms, specifically Avaya products.

  •  

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • - Avaya Aura Contact Centre installation & configuration

  • HA and Geo-redundant AACC installation support

  • - Integration with Proactive Outreach Manager

  • - Report Customization & dashboards

  • - Experience with enterprise chat

  • - Experience with CRM integration (Siebel, SFDC, MS dynamics, SAP)
