Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 1-2 years of Avaya CC technical support experience
- Experience with contact center technology platforms, specifically Avaya products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Avaya Aura Contact Centre installation & configuration
- HA and Geo-redundant AACC installation support
- Integration with Proactive Outreach Manager
- Report Customization & dashboards
- Experience with enterprise chat
- Experience with CRM integration (Siebel, SFDC, MS dynamics, SAP)
