Key Responsibilities
Perform onsite deployment and implementation of H3C network devices, including installation, configuration, upgrades, replacements, and migration/cutover activities to ensure timely project delivery.
Handle daily network operations and maintenance, including device monitoring, configuration backup, performance tuning, and ensuring stable network operations.
Respond quickly to network faults, conduct troubleshooting, and resolve issues related to routing, switching, firewall configuration, and hardware components.
Work with project teams to deliver technical solutions, complete testing and acceptance procedures, and produce implementation reports, O&M documentation, and fault records.
Communicate with clients, provide professional technical support, and address inquiries to improve customer satisfaction.
Skills/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networks, Communication Engineering, or related fields (preferred).
Familiarity with H3C network devices and strong understanding of routing and switching protocols (OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP) and firewall policy configuration.
Hands-on experience in device installation, migration, and replacement, including racking, cabling, and commissioning.
Strong troubleshooting and O&M capabilities, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues independently.
1–3 years of experience in H3C device implementation or network operations.
Relevant certifications (H3CSE, HCIP, or equivalent) are an advantage.
Native-level Cantonese and Mandarin required; English proficiency is preferred for handling technical documentation and overseas coordination.
Strong sense of responsibility, resilience under pressure, teamwork orientation, and willingness to travel.
