Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage the procurement of equipment, services, and supplies in line with company policies.
Review, compare, and analyze products and services to ensure optimal selection.
Maintain and update supplier information, including qualifications, delivery times, and product ranges.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers; negotiate contracts and resolve delivery issues.
Coordinate with Sales and Project Management teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Assist in managing payment plans, submitting payment applications, and ensuring on-time payments.
Handle returned goods and support relevant departments in resolving implementation issues.
Input procurement data into systems and generate regular reports.
Support administrative tasks as needed, including assisting Shanghai site leadership.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Skills/Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2–3 years of procurement experience, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
