Who is responsible
MTS Global Pte. Ltd., Singapore operates this website for Millennium Technology Services. For website privacy questions, access or correction requests, or to withdraw consent, contact info@mtscloud.com and ask for the person responsible for data protection. Other MTS entities may handle a subsequent customer or recruitment engagement under the notices and agreements applicable to that engagement.
Information and purposes
Browsing requires technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times to reach the website. Hosting and security services may process this information to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the service. If you email MTS, we receive the contact details, message and attachments you choose to send, for responding to and managing that enquiry. We do not require marketing consent to answer an enquiry.
Guided MANTIS and enquiry drafts
Guided search uses published MTS information in your browser. Questions, form entries and draft messages are held in the current page; the website does not submit them to MTS or an AI provider in guided mode. The website has no transcript or enquiry database. Opening a mail draft passes the draft to your email application; you decide whether to send it. Downloaded or copied drafts remain under your control.
Optional live AI and your choice
Live AI is off until it is enabled by MTS and you separately choose it. Before activation, MANTIS asks you to consent to sending your live-mode messages, recent live conversation and relevant MTS information through our server to OpenAI to generate answers and drafts. Your earlier guided conversation is not sent. Processing may take place outside your country, including the United States. You can continue with guided search without this consent. Closing MANTIS, resetting the conversation or selecting guided search stops future live messages; it does not recall information already processed.
Retention and service providers
MANTIS keeps the displayed conversation in page memory until reset, refresh or navigation. No transcript is deliberately written to our website database. The optional AI connection disables stored response history, but this does not guarantee zero provider retention: OpenAI may retain abuse-monitoring data under its applicable controls and legal requirements. Hosting logs, emails and business records have separate retention needs. MTS retains personal information only for relevant business, security or legal purposes, then deletes or anonymises it when no longer needed.
Sharing and overseas handling
Information sent to MTS may be handled by authorised personnel, relevant MTS affiliates and service providers supporting hosting, communications, security and the requested enquiry. MTS may disclose information where legally required or necessary to establish or defend legal rights. Transfers of personal information are subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements. This notice does not make consent a substitute for those requirements.
Minimising sensitive information
Please do not enter passwords, access keys, identity documents, payment details, health records, confidential customer information or another person’s personal information into MANTIS. Share only general business requirements or skills and preferred work location. If an enquiry later requires sensitive information, ask MTS for an appropriate channel. The website is intended for business enquiries and career exploration, not for children’s use.
Your rights and requests
You may request access, correction, information about use and disclosure, or withdrawal of consent, and exercise other rights available under applicable law. Email info@mtscloud.com with enough information to identify your request; reasonable identity checks may be needed. We will explain applicable restrictions, consequences or any permitted fee. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing or records that must be retained. You may also contact the relevant data protection authority.
Cookies, external links and updates
The website has no analytics or advertising trackers. A session storage entry remembers dismissal of the privacy notice; it contains no message text or visitor identifier. Language choices use page addresses. Photos and the company film are self-hosted. Social and map links use third-party services only when you follow them. Their own terms apply. This notice may be updated as the service changes; the displayed version identifies the current text.
