Who is responsible
MTS Global Pte. Ltd., Singapore operates this website for Millennium Technology Services. For website privacy questions, access or correction requests, or to withdraw consent, contact info@mtscloud.com and ask for the person responsible for data protection. Other MTS entities may handle a subsequent customer or recruitment engagement under the notices and agreements applicable to that engagement.
Information and purposes
Browsing requires technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times to reach the website. Hosting and security services may process this information to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the service. If you email MTS, we receive the contact details, message and attachments you choose to send, for responding to and managing that enquiry. We do not require marketing consent to answer an enquiry.
Guided MANTIS and enquiry drafts
MANTIS guided search uses published MTS information inside your browser. Guided messages are not sent to MTS or an AI provider. Your current conversation, working project notes, generated briefs and MANTIS choices may be kept in sessionStorage for this tab, expiring after 30 minutes of inactivity. New conversation clears them. Enquiry form inputs stay in the page until you generate a draft. Opening an email draft passes it to your email application; you decide whether to send it. Downloads and copied text remain under your control.
Optional live AI and your choice
Live AI is optional and available only when MTS enables it and you separately choose it. Your live messages, recent live conversation, working project notes and relevant published MTS content are sent through our server to OpenAI to generate answers and drafts. Earlier guided messages are not sent. Processing may occur outside your country, including in the United States. Switch to guided search or select New conversation to withdraw consent for future live messages. Closing the panel pauses activity and retains your choice for this tab; it does not withdraw consent or recall data already processed.
Retention and service providers
The current conversation is retained in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes of inactivity, including across page navigation, and is cleared by New conversation. Browser session restoration may restore tab data; the expiry still applies when MANTIS next reads it. The website does not intentionally keep a server conversation database or learn automatically from visitor chats. API response storage is disabled, but provider retention, including abuse monitoring, may still apply. Approved public knowledge is sent to OpenAI for semantic indexing; the server may cache its numeric index, not visitor messages or query embeddings. Hosting logs, email and business records have separate retention requirements. MTS retains personal data only as needed for business, security and legal purposes and then deletes or anonymises it.
Sharing and overseas handling
Information sent to MTS may be handled by authorised personnel, relevant MTS affiliates and service providers supporting hosting, communications, security and the requested enquiry. MTS may disclose information where legally required or necessary to establish or defend legal rights. Transfers of personal information are subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements. This notice does not make consent a substitute for those requirements.
Minimising sensitive information
Please do not enter passwords, access keys, identity documents, payment details, health records, confidential customer information or another person’s personal information into MANTIS. Share only general business requirements or skills and preferred work location. If an enquiry later requires sensitive information, ask MTS for an appropriate channel. The website is intended for business enquiries and career exploration, not for children’s use.
Your rights and requests
You may request access, correction, information about use and disclosure, or withdrawal of consent, and exercise other rights available under applicable law. Email info@mtscloud.com with enough information to identify your request; reasonable identity checks may be needed. We will explain applicable restrictions, consequences or any permitted fee. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing or records that must be retained. You may also contact the relevant data protection authority.
Cookies, external links and updates
There are no analytics or advertising trackers. Essential tab storage remembers the privacy notice and MANTIS conversation, choices and working notes as described above. No advertising or analytics visitor identifier is created. Language is selected through page URLs; pictures and films are self-hosted. External social, map and email services have their own terms. Notices are updated when the service changes.
Online job applications, when enabled
The separate application form collects the contact details, CV, experience, responses and optional salary expectations you provide. MTS uses these for job-related screening and human recruitment review. A private processing service checks attachments and prepares a summary and CV pack for recruitment@mtscloud.com through Microsoft 365. The summary uses fixed rules, not a personality, IQ or EQ diagnosis or an automated hiring decision. Originals are not sent to an external AI model by this application flow. Future-vacancy consideration is a separate optional choice. Read the retention and withdrawal notice shown in the application before submitting; contact recruitment@mtscloud.com for application queries. The essential mts_apply cookie identifies your application session for up to four hours. It is not used for marketing or cross-site tracking. Clearing or blocking it may prevent resuming a draft. Submitted records and recruiter email copies follow the approved recruitment retention process; clearing your browser does not delete them.
