Please read these terms before using the website or MANTIS.

Operator and scope
These terms govern this website and MANTIS, operated by MTS Global Pte. Ltd., Singapore (“MTS”, “we”, “us”). Use the website only if you accept the applicable terms. MANTIS requires an affirmative acknowledgement before use. These terms do not replace a signed customer, supplier or employment agreement; that agreement governs its subject matter. The contracting MTS entity for any engagement will be identified in the relevant agreement. For provisions protecting rights and limiting liability, MTS includes its affiliates: entities controlling, controlled by, or under common control with MTS. Each entity remains responsible for its own contractual obligations; no group entity is authorised by MANTIS to bind another.
Information, offers and authority
Website content is general information and may be updated or become out of date. It is not a quotation, binding offer, service-level commitment, guarantee of product compatibility or offer of employment. Project scope, pricing, suitability, availability and commercial terms require confirmation by an authorised MTS representative in writing. Historical customers, projects, awards and certifications retain their stated dates and do not establish current status.
MANTIS: automated assistance and human review
MANTIS is an automated discovery and drafting assistant. Guided mode retrieves published resources; optional live mode uses AI and can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or misleading answers, including incorrect source interpretations. Check the linked material and obtain written confirmation from an authorised MTS representative before making a decision. Neither an AI response nor an enquiry draft binds MTS or any customer, partner or supplier. MANTIS cannot send an enquiry, submit an application, sign a contract, make a hiring decision, approve a system change or operate customer systems.
No professional or safety-critical advice
MANTIS and website content are not legal, medical, financial, regulatory or other professional advice. Do not use them as the sole basis for a consequential decision, an emergency response, a clinical decision, a security change or a production configuration. Obtain appropriately qualified human advice and customer-specific validation. Any examples, recommendations or generated code require independent review and testing before use.
Your information and acceptable use
Provide only information you are entitled to use and disclose. Do not submit confidential, sensitive or third-party personal information to MANTIS. You remain responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of your inputs, and for reviewing and sending any draft. Do not use the website or MANTIS for unlawful conduct, harassment, impersonation, infringement, malware, attempts to extract confidential information, bypass safeguards, disrupt service or access systems without authorisation. MTS may restrict abusive access or suspend a feature for security or operational reasons.
Availability and warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website, MANTIS and their outputs are provided as available, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, suitability, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. MTS does not promise a particular commercial, technical, recruitment or other outcome from their use. This clause does not remove any guarantee or duty that the law does not permit us to exclude.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MTS and its affiliates exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss and for loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill or data arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website or MANTIS, whether in contract, tort or otherwise. Any exclusion is subject to applicable statutory protections and requirements of reasonableness. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer and data protection rights remain unaffected.
Intellectual property and third-party services
MTS or its licensors retain rights in the website’s branding, text, photographs, graphics, software and other materials. You may view and make reasonable copies for evaluating MTS services or opportunities, preserving ownership notices. Other reuse requires permission or an applicable legal entitlement. Customer and product names and logos belong to their owners; a listing is not an endorsement or certification unless expressly stated. External websites and services have their own terms and are outside MTS’s control.
Privacy and consent
The Privacy notice and Cookies & website storage notice explain the relevant data handling. Acknowledgement of these terms is separate from consent to optional live AI. Cookie acknowledgement does not authorise marketing, future tracking or AI processing, and does not release MTS from statutory duties. If you do not want live AI processing, use guided search or contact MTS directly.
Changes, language and severability
MTS may revise the site, MANTIS or these terms. The version shown on the page applies to that version of the service; substantive changes apply prospectively and renewed acknowledgement will be requested where appropriate. English is the reference text for these terms, subject to mandatory local law. Simplified Chinese and Japanese translations assist understanding. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remainder continues to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law and contact
Singapore law governs these website terms, and disputes may be brought before the courts of Singapore, subject to any mandatory law or right to use another competent court that applies to you.
