Required Skills

·  Minimum diploma or D3 from IT Background

·  Meticulous with documentation experience

·  1 to 2 years of working experience in IT and operations support

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·  Responsible for first and second line support of dealer management system

·  Assist external resellers or dealers with issues on the software

·  Manage service request and changes to the software

·  Archiving document (CR document, IT Request Document, Contract Document etc)

​·  Understand the BRD (bussiness process), includes business change, new requirement and risk control
