Purpose of the Role:

}Ø  {C}{C}{C}{C}Education: Bachelor's degree or above

Ø  {C}{C}{C}{C}Working Experience: 5 or more

Ø  Language Ability:  CET-6 or above

Ø  {C}{C}{C}{C}Have strong responsibility, aggressive of working well and earning money.

Rich sales work experience in related industry.

Intelligent, Honest, positive, can take on pressure.

Ø  {C}{C}{C}{C}Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, know well about IT service, labor market and outsourcing service.

Ø  {C}{C}{C}{C}Self-starter with hustle and drive to seek new business opportunities 

Ø  {C}{C}{C}{C}Ability to proactively identify sales opportunities and develop client relationships 

Ø  {C}{C}{C}{C}Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent listening skills and the ability to adjust to the personalities of various partners



Ø  {C}{C}{C}{C}Present and sell products and service to current and potential clients.

Ø  {C}{C}{C}{C}Sends quotations and takes orders for the clients and communicates the details related to the company or product, includes following up and tracking with the client.

Ø  {C}{C}{C}{C}Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.

Ø  {C}{C}{C}{C}Follow up on new leads and referrals.

Ø  {C}{C}{C}{C}Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned

Ø  {C}{C}{C}{C}Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships, including setting up calls, in-person meetings, and after work events

Ø  {C}{C}{C}{C}Continuous client and project management to ensure the needs of each client are met

Ø  {C}{C}{C}{C}Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.

Ø  {C}{C}{C}{C}Outstanding commercial sense, great presentation skills, excellent sales skil

Ø  Flexible in business travelling in Southeast Asia;

Ø  {C}{C}{C}{C}Improve market share and product offerings through recommending improvements to executive leadership based on your customer experiences and analysis.
