Purpose of the Role:

Project Administrative Assistant works to improve the operations of a company so that is more effective, efficient and compliant with laws and industry regulations. Analyze and discuss to the team the use of information technology to meet their business objectives or overcome problems. They work to improve the structure and efficiency of IT systems in various organizations.

Project Administrative Assistant may be used to provide strategic guidance to clients in line with technology, IT infrastructures and enabling major business processes through enhancements to IT.

They can also provide guidance during selection as well as providing highly expert technical assistance, and may be responsible for user training and feedback.

Project Administrative Assistant job is a piece of the whole that allows an entire corporation or company function, involves information management of some kind, such as document creation, analysis, or extrapolation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

{C}§  Generate, Track and Analyze reports (Reporting skill is must)

{C}§  Analyzes how information is recorded and how the process can be improved

{C}§  Develop Improvement Plan

{C}§  Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.

{C}§  Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.

{C}§  Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.

{C}§  Promotes a smooth delivery system.

{C}§  Recommends process improvements for every day operating procedures.

{C}§  Assists with office administration duties.

{C}§  Conducts operational research.

{C}§  Stays up-to-date on software that is commonly used in the industry.
