Purpose of the Role:

Our MTS Sales Administrator Specialist works to deal with incoming customer enquiries and assisting the sales force with daily sales administration activities.
They give clerical support to the sales team. This
position contributes to the quality of customer service and the achievement of sales targets.

Our Sales Administrator Specialist may be used to provide continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility through education, training and cross-training.

They can also be used to make sure the sales documents are kept up to date and contributes in the improvement of the business and enhancing the reputation of the company by laying forward creative ideas and by implementing change when asked to do so.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • ·       Manage all the numbers of employees working in the sales team.
  • ·       Assist sales director to continuous client and project management to ensure the needs of each client are met, in charge of applying for invoices. Provide monthly and weekly report relevant to sales
  •         Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships, including setting up calls, in-person meetings, and after work events.
  • ·        Maintain and update sales documents and distribute copies to other departments in line with sales.
  • ·       Provide and amend forms to be used use on-site and in the office to supervise the sales team. Verify that all the documents and copy of journal are up to date.
  • ·       Interact daily with legal department for the exchanges and completion, recording details and providing statements to assist the accounts department.
  • ·       Process all the product orders, invoices for all sales transactions and staff timesheets.
  • ·       Assist sales director to prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
  • ·       Consistency of follow up purchase order and tracking with the internal process.
  • ·       Checking of data accuracy of all the sales documents and follow up on contract checklist.
  • ·       Chasing and contacting clients for more queries and clarification.
  • ·       Being open in all the communication concerning feedbacks.
  • ·       Maintaining of sales record to monitor and compare team’s progress.
  • ·       Assisting in the delegation of tasks and sales target to the team and identifying sales prospects and sales meeting records
  •          Manage account services through quality checks and another follow-up.
  • ·        Assisting in the implementation of strategies in the sales department and ensure that all employees comply to it.
