- Experience with Chat SDK

- Experience with enterprise chat

- Experience with CRM integration (Siebel, SFDC, MS dynamics, SAP)

- Orchestration designer within CCMA application development

- Experience with AACC API "CCMS/CCMA/CCT/Open interface Email/RSM/HDX"
